Tutorial: Create your digital signature to sign documents

Before I worked this out I use to find it a pain whenever I had to sign something. Typically I would get sent the document, print it out (Usually would have to go buy some print first), sign the doc, scan back, reply to email with the doc and "file" the signed printed doc......which would mean leave it on the floor or my desk with the intention to sort out my filing system. 

This tutorial shows you how to skip most of this.

Now my process is simple: I get the doc, insert my signature to it, send, save to my computer file (which is so much easier).

The reason I ended up creating this tutorial was because I saw a few people do the same thing and thought this would help them and hopefully you.

So if you are interested in creating a digital signature to sign documents then here are the simple steps...and like always, I have included a slideshow presentation for those who likes to see images.

1. Go to www.signature-maker.net/
2. Once there, go to "Create My Signature"
3. Go to the blank space & write your signature (You may have to do this a few times to get it right as using a mouse can be tricky)
4. Save your signature
5. Download your signature to a folder easy to find
6. You can now add signature to documents by “insert image” and them adding

There you have it. Quick, simple and effective.
