Turns out....
get it?

Turns out....

My father had a nice shirt I admired whenever he wore it. So one day, while he was away at work, I wore the shirt. It felt awkward because it was too big for me. I look up at myself in the mirror. Hell no! I pulled it off at the speed of light because it doesn't look good on me. What I did back then as a child is what some e-Commerce business owners and strategists are still doing today, That is, using generic strategies assuming one size will fit all. This is because they don't know of composable commerce and the advantages of using a composable solution. This is a development strategy. It involves choosing the best commerce components and 'composing' them into a unique application made for a particular set of business requirements more importantly requirements that meet your specific needs and not those of other "similar" businesses in the market.

Ecommerce platforms were previously constructed on archaic & monolithic techniques and technologies, which severely restricted their flexibility. All of the functions of the platform are interwoven. The front-end interface that customers interact with is joined to the same control as the back-end. This implies that when a supporting function is affected in a business website, it affects all other functions. This is, getting a better offer from a different services provider, but having to wait until my contract with the other business expired before purchasing it. But, with composable commerce, components can be swapped when it is best for your business. Businesses can publish content & services on their unique microservice channels to improve their digital experience. The advent of composable commerce allows for independence of functionality. With composable commerce, the customer comes first, so the user experience does not affect all other functions and vice versa.

Composable commerce is designed to help you select the most suitable brand or business to work with. For instance, assuming you need to construct a road and have access to the best workers to construct the road. Composable commerce will help you select not just the best team but the most suitable experts to actualize your vision of constructing a road in a short period by showcasing access to the most fitted options.

Business owners can now define and utilize a unique approach to their brands. A prediction by Gartner says that "by 2023, organizations that have acquired a composable approach will outpace competitors by 80% in the speed of new feature performance."

All businesses need to implement composable commerce as it allows them to build their websites to fit business needs. Composable commerce has proven to be the future, and its flexibility, modularity, and open nature have made e-Commerce more approachable.

Couldn't agree more Justin Power! Giving businesses the ability to act fast and pivot to better the customer experience on the #frontend, #backend, #logistics, #packaging or even in product information in parallel without it impacting other connected #CX modules is invaluable to business leadership. Allowing them to quickly shift with market trends and differentiate on experience instead of only competing on price and product. The sky is the limit with #composablecommerce #architecture Thanks for sharing!
