Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Understand business strategy, business outcomes, customer and regulatory needs
• Represent the business and customer being a voice with the team to ensure alignment with desired outcomes
• Prioritization of team backlog
• Ensures stories are well formed and aligned with the desired business outcomes
• Accepts backlog items as being complete
• Responsible for overall quality of the delivered solution and alignment with business objectives
• Actively collaborates with team members to ensure backlog items are refined and understood
• Participates in sprint planning, sprint demo, sprint refinement, sprint retrospectives, PO syncs
• Supports and encourages the team in continuous improvement to more efficiently and effectively achieve business outcomes
• Is the key person to link and maintain the relationship between journey leadership and the agile delivery team
• Drives organized and effective requirements to build the solution
• Source for business logic, requirements, analysis, testing features once ready etc.
