?? Circular / Green Startups: Zurich-based Pexapark , an operating system to buy, sell and manage renewable energy has just raised €20 million. Traceless , a bio-economy startup based in Hamburg dedicated to producing natural biomaterials as alternatives to plastic, has announced the completion of a €36.6 million funding round. Also based in Hamburg, Resourcify , a waste management and recycling platform, has secured €14 million with the aim of helping companies dramatically reduce their waste. Kern Tec , an Austrian foodtech company, raised €12 million to transform food waste into valuable and sustainable ingredients. Metergrid , a Stuttgart-based startup, recently raised €2.7 million to provide clean, affordable, and decentralized energy to multi-apartment buildings.

?? VC News / Insights: Dawn Capital , one of Europe's premier B2B software investors, has secured €660 million to support the upcoming generation of global software leaders. This funding will empower the firm to consistently back European B2B software ventures from Series A through to exit. Dutch impact investor Invest-NL announced they have made a €10 million investment in Extantia Capital , a climate-first venture capital firm headquartered in Berlin with local presence throughout Europe.
