Turning up

I had a proud Dad moment on Friday when my daughter progressed up to the next level of 'learn to swim' lessons.

During each individual swim class it rarely feels like there's much 'progress'.

However cumulatively, over a 3 month period, the progress is significant and noticeable.

It's very cool to witness.

Each week we turn up, do the coach's exercises and we trust the process.

I feel a similar sense of pride when my clients make progress with their own marketing engine.

Week-in, week-out it may feel like there's not been a 'huge breakthrough' moment, but when you join them all together 12 weeks is more than enough time to implement big change.

Whether it's noticing another 300 dream prospects have accepted your connection request, or realising your LinkedIn newsletter has amassed 1000 subscribers or that you've re-engaged with dozens of dormant leads...

With my coaching clients, every 90 days we do a quarterly scorecard review together, and we objectively review their progress across the board.

There are 9 pillars we measure with the scorecard, and each client can see their strengths and areas to focus on.

Nearly every time clients are pleasantly surprised when they see how far they've come.

They also love getting clarity on what is next for them and we lay out a roadmap.

This process is structured, easy to follow and you gain a line of sight from activity to outcomes.
