On turning Ten...

Better late than never, inspired by this idiom, I decided to take the plunge and get down to sharing  nuggets from my life that shaped me to be the person I am. It will be wonderful if you can take out time to share your stories too so that we can keep the conversations going.

2018 is a very special year for me and for all of us at Search Value. This is the year we turn ten. I set up Search Value because I absolutely wanted to do something meaningful in this space of shaping careers and lives. Cut to 2018, I am delighted that I took that decision.

To those of you who know me, most of you will be able to relate to my child like excitement and passion when I am about to shape lives through careers and jobs shifts. My fascination in trying to connect minds with the right kind of a professional role is what keep me going.

Ten years for a dream to, last, take shape and grow is indeed a matter of pride and possibilities.

What got us here is my indomitable belief in the power of trust, I have trusted myself, my team, my clients and that is why we made it. And the second truth is to build relationships without work, practice that approach and work will come by. These are, if you will, my personal leadership mantras. I live by these. I will continue to do so .

Cliched as it sounds, but it is a fact that the last ten years would not have been possible without the strong support and good wishes of a universe called the Search Value family comprising of colleagues, clients, candidates both past and present across the three C's .

Thank you to all of you for getting me here and helping us build an organization which stands solely because of the solid relationships we have with all of you. I am ready for more. Build more relationships and shape lives.
