Today, a junior staff shed tears in my office. I told her, “Tears are milestones on the journey of personal growth. A year from now, when you look back at today’s challenges, you’ll realize those tears fueled your progress. Growth often feels tough, but it’s always worth it.”
As we work in the kitchen manufacturing industry, offering ODM services to global customers, I want to share some practical tips to help my junior staff—those new to the industry—navigate challenges and grow with confidence:
1?? Data Management: ?? One system, one sheet, one language. Stay organized by keeping your data consistent and up to date. A well-managed system and common working language form the foundation of efficiency.
2?? Follow the Workflow: ?? Skipping workflows or neglecting results can cause confusion. Stick to the process, stay focused on outcomes, and continuously refine your workflow for improvement.
3?? Sample Management: ??? As an ODM manufacturer, clarity drives fast action. Having physical or visual samples on hand ensures clear, effective communication and quick decisions.
4?? Efficient Communication: ?? Remember, 70% of communication comes from body language. Video or voice calls bring clarity and resolve misunderstandings much more effectively than emails or text messages.
5?? S.M.A.R.T. Goals: ? A plan without a deadline isn’t really a plan. Always set time-bound goals to keep yourself on track and measure progress.
I hope my junior Team will look back at this post years from now and see how far they’ve come—Turning Tears into Triumph.
