Turning the Sod at 30 University Crescent

Last week we hosted our Sod Turning Event at the future home of 30 University Crescent. It was incredible to see all of the support from our wonderful team and all those involved in the project as well as the support from the community and our local dignitaries!

Huge thank you to, Terry Duguid, Sarah Guillemard, Jon Reyes, Markus Chambers, and Janice Lukes for your continued support and for your kind words during this milestone.

We share in the excitement for this project and what it brings to the neighbourhood, at the corner of University Crescent. We are creating a future multi-family home that will be integral to the landscape in South Winnipeg.

We hope that you all enjoyed the event and are just excited as we are to see this concrete and steel structure start to rise out of the ground in the coming months!
