Meet Neha Singh, who joined the Mastercard as a "Product Development Manager” team in October 2023. In her pivotal role, she is responsible for crafting roadmaps, driving product development, and overseeing the platform. With a dedicated team of over 20 members, Neha collaborates seamlessly with the Technology, Sales, and Biz Ops teams to introduce innovative products and features. Her passion for payments has been a driving force, propelling her to explore the diverse world of Mastercard and work across various geographies. Under Neha's leadership, the team fosters a caring and supportive environment, evident in their bi-weekly meetings, which go beyond work discussions to become joyous celebrations of shared accomplishments.
Question 1: Why did you choose to work at Mastercard?
My professional?journey?has evolved around payments?& transaction processing. In my earlier?stints, I was deeply involved in responsibilities around payment-led transaction?journeys. This has been my area of interest and work around payments excites me.?
Being one of the largest payment processing corporations worldwide 'MasterCard' provided an opportunity to expand my horizon, knowledge and also live my dreams of creating & implementing payments in the most acceptable, complaint that resonates with my professional objectives.
Question 2: If you were to describe the Mastercard culture in three words, what would these be?
While I am still new in the system what I feel about MasterCard Culture is that it is - Agile, Exciting, and Welcoming.
Question 3: How has Mastercard's culture supported your career growth and development?
With?involved?in various product management & implementation strategies in my career till now, with Mastercard, I expect and envisage to get an opportunity to?analyze, understand, and implement payments more closely.?My intention has always been to represent the best of myself in a compliant & decisive manner in line with?organizational?objectives.

Question 4: How have Mastercard's programs supported aspects of your professional or personal life? (i.e. BRGs, mentoring, flex work, benefits, etc.)
Mastercard provides a hybrid working, it also provides a 4-week work-from-elsewhere policy. We also have various workshops for pride, adaptability, etc. this makes us feel inclusive.

The inclusive?culture?of the?organization?drives the best out of the?employees.
