Share a few thoughts about your family and what you enjoy in your spare time??

I live in Ahmedabad with my parents and elder brother, and I’m truly grateful for their unwavering support. I am passionate about learning, particularly about history, mythology, neuroscience, and psychology—subjects that captivate me and challenge my mind. My bookshelf reflects this love for exploration, and reading keeps my curiosity alive. On the flip side, I’m dedicated to staying fit, and weightlifting and resistance training are my go-to for maintaining mental clarity and physical health.?

What is the one part of your job that you find most fulfilling???

One of the most fulfilling parts of my job is the opportunity to solve complex problems. I thrive on the challenge of tackling difficult issues and finding innovative solutions. Each problem presents a new learning experience, allowing me to continuously grow and expand my skills.?

What do you do when faced with a difficult task??

When faced with a difficult task, I like to start by breaking it down into smaller, more manageable parts. This helps me focus on one step at a time and reduces the overwhelming nature of the task. If needed, I consult my manager to validate my understanding and ensure I'm on the right track. This helps me gain clarity and also gives me an opportunity to create a constructive feedback cycle. By staying calm and flexible, I can approach even the most challenging tasks effectively.?

Please share a work situation that made you feel valued.?

One work situation that made me feel truly valued was when I suggested a new approach to solve a potential problem in a project. Initially, I wasn't sure if my idea would resonate, but my manager and colleagues listened attentively, asked insightful questions, and gave thoughtful feedback. Not only was my input considered seriously, but it also led to a meaningful change in the project strategy. This experience made me feel appreciated, as it reinforced that my voice and ideas were heard and respected within the team.?

A few lines on your interaction with U.S. colleagues - the differences and how you work through them.?

My U.S. colleagues exemplify what true teamwork means. They’re always available to guide me through tough situations, offering thoughtful feedback and sharing their knowledge generously. Their collaborative spirit and mentorship have created a positive environment that encourages my continuous development.?

Vatsal is a project analyst at Sikich, working closely with the CPA operations team. His role involves analyzing data and crafting detailed reports to support business insights. By working closely with teams across the US and India, he ensures that data accuracy and operational efficiency remain top priorities.?
