Giving clear and specific instructions is key to delegating effectively. Entrust the collaborators with responsibilities, projects and tasks and let them do it their way. We tend to think that we know best how to do certain things and that our way is the correct one. But as the saying goes: Many roads lead to Rome. Being a 'perfectionist in recovery' myself, this is something I had to learn and work on.
