Actionable Step: Practice the Daily Pause

One simplest yet most powerful way to regain control amidst the chaos is to incorporate a Daily Pause.?

Set aside 5–10 minutes daily to disconnect from external demands and reconnect with yourself. Whether through mindful breathing, journaling, or simply sitting in silence, this intentional pause allows you to clear your mental clutter and focus on what truly matters.

Here’s how to try it:

  • Pick a consistent time each day—morning, lunch break, or before bed.
  • Sit somewhere quiet and comfortable.
  • Close your eyes, take deep breaths, and let your mind settle.
  • Ask yourself one question:?

What’s my priority today? Let clarity emerge from within.
