Turnberry leaders present at regional Salesforce conference Midwest Dreamin'

Yesterday, Turnberry’s Salesforce and Crew practice leaders presented "Training and Retaining Salesforce Talent" at the Midwest regional Salesforce Dreamin' Conference hosted at the Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis.

Given the current market's stratospheric demand for IT talent, Kari Lessard and Lydia Benge Cloeter know what it takes to find and retain top level Salesforce consultants. Lessard is an industry veteran with over a decade of experience in the Salesforce space. She leads Turnberry’s Salesforce practice, the company's largest channel partnership offering. Benge Cloeter heads Turnberry’s junior talent development program, Crew, which recruits, trains, and nurtures early career consultants at Fortune 500 clients.

Their joint presentation focused on how companies can attract junior talent that will transform their cultures, and provide the necessary training and upward mobility opportunities to keep that talent.
