?Anxiety is always considered a villain – with a never challenged exception.
Many of us have discovered and experienced certain levels of anxiety during the pandemic and lockdown phases, and we know how unpleasant it is. Anxiety, in general – is a matter of worry and concern, but clinical ones can be debilitating.
?If it is such an unpleasant experience, a mental torture, why and how did we humans evolve to be so prone to worries?
At times, our perspective affects the look and feel of people's things and situations. What if I say – Stress is good if we learn to balance—balance two things – the quantity and our reaction to it.
