The time has come: Christmas is just around the corner. For many, yesterday was their last day at work. Fortunately, we still have one and a half working days this year to make the final Christmas preparations. I am pleased about this because in the past few weeks, between the year-end rush at work, Christmas parties here and there, and gift planning, there was hardly any time for anything.

Christmas is supposed to be a time of joy and family, but it is often a marathon for women. Whether it's gifts, decorations, or the perfect meal, most planning and organization fall on their shoulders. The mental load grows, and the demands on themselves increase – not least because of all the perfect Christmas content on social media. The consequences?
