Turn Love On & Tune Fear Out!

Women, are you tired of the fear and stress being shoveled out constantly? Because I sure am! After the last 2 and a half years of medical, financial and political turmoil I know that many of us are tired, traumatized and scared. However, due to the mounting world-wide pressure a convergence is happening. Things are breaking down and we have an opportunity to build honest and supportive systems or we can let the fear take us down.

There is no superhero or one person who will save us from tyranny and the coming collapse of controlling systems. We are invited to be the hero of our own journey and forge a new path forward with our loving contemporaries. It is time to be supported and to support one another.

We are energy and each of us has the power to control our frequency and bring about positive change in our lives. It is important to cut out influences that pull us out of creativity and love and feed our energy with education and news that focus on personal power and viable solutions. That way we have the fuel needed to keep the focus on our purpose and be the mothers, sisters, friends and lovers that we came here to be.

So I asked not what my community can do for me but what I can do for my community! The answer I got from my higher self was to launch a new media channel and community called, "The Love Network". It's purpose, well to increase the love frequency in our lives of course. ;)

Listeners and members will learn how to stay healthy. Including how to raise your vibration from sadness, fear and uncertainty to love and empowerment. The goal is to achieve optimal wellness; mind, body and spirit! We will focus on improving mental health, healing from trauma and heartbreak, combatting adverse side-effects from Covid-19 and its various impacts so you can attract more love in your life and enjoy it longer.

We invite you to access support for personal growth, dating, relationships and Love in their lives free of censorship. We all deserve privacy and support as we go through this transformation and change.

It is impossible to talk about raising our love frequency without addressing the elephant in the room. When we are sick, scared, lonely, worried about finances, sexually confused, ashamed or depressed we are weakened and easier to control. We can't emit multiple frequencies at once. That would be like hearing two radio stations at the same time.

These feelings affect us and we in turn affect the people around us. The statistics tell us that it's disempowering our lives and damaging our society and we must do something to break free from it.

The latest research shows that one way to combat these challenges is to have strong healthy relationships.

INCREASED SENSITIVITY AND EMOTIONS AFTER COVID

"Anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and sleep disturbances have all been noted among other psychiatric symptoms. All of these issues can have a negative impact on relationships. Those who have strong and healthy relationships prior to major "life strains" do better and those who are alone or in low level commitments or strained relationships have a harder time overcoming these sensitivities and emotions."

Therefore as we experiences stressors the quality of our faith, self-confidence, love and belief in one another will directly impact how we fair in the coming weeks, months and year. It is time to armor up with Love!

We promise to be a resource that helps you stay well, enlightened, empowered, supported, abundant, balanced and loved. So you can start attracting, healing and deepening the love around you.

The first step to helping people feel better requires guiding them out of the fear frequency and into the love frequency.

Here are 3 things you can do today to reduce fear and increase wellness:

1. Stop watching "sponsored" news. Start finding journalism sources that are not funded by controlling advertisers who have agendas to make profits. Instead surround yourself with content that has positive intentions for you and your life. Not ones that suck you in with negativity so they can profit off your attention and tell you what to think.

2. Get out into the world and live your best life. Connect with those who you love and spend quality time enjoying yourself, your loved ones and your communities. Follow your passions and use your talents to bring about positive change.

3. Meditate or pray for at least 15 minutes in the morning before you start your day. Love starts with you! Show yourself love by committing to one self-care practice a day. Connect with your higher-self and the source of love in your life. God, the universe, source energy, etc.

Pro Tip:

Incorporate 3 pleasures: Mind, Body & Spirit! Feed your brain with 30-60 minutes of positive content every day, 30-60 minutes of physical movement or activity (preferably activities that you enjoy) and self or partner pleasure to get the feel good hormones pumping so you can have less pain, better sleep, improved mood and a stronger immune system.

If you don't believe in anything you will fall for everything, so get up close and personal with your personally held beliefs and principles.
