Turn ChatGPT into Your Personal Interview Coach! ??

As an interview coach, I was really interested to learn more about this. AI can definitely help candidates ensure they are providing enough content and specific examples in their response to showcase their fit for the job, and can also be helpful to generate a list of potential questions the candidate might get in the interview. However, AI can't replace a human interview coach (thankfully!) to comment on the candidates interview "presence" (eg. distracting movements, tone of voice or rate of speech, eye contact), the quality of their specific example against the job posting , or whether they provided too much information or not enough (eg. including results). So AI can be a helpful partner to help candidates get ready for their next big interview but misses out on things that can be the difference between the candidate getting the job - or not.
