I am compelled to add that companies should/need deliver on their DEI-(marketing)-strategy and also include (besides all the others) older candidates - there are a lot of highly qualified people with loads of expertise and drive to perform who are currently excluded by "no one older than 45"-"rule" and/or other excuses like "they are too expensive..." ...
