Tuning In // Tuning Out

I kill my darlings.
All the time.
Possibly even too frequently. I’m constantly executing and re-hatching my ideas, depending on how they feel, how they play out, and how they make sense to me at any point.
So, the theme of this month's newsletter is "Tuning In", and of course, part of that process is also about "Tuning Out" in some respects.
What Am I Tuning Into?
I am tuning into my heart-felt purpose, I am tuning in to my leadership message, I'm tuning into the mega-impact that I'm here to create, and I am empowering other women to do the same.
In the spirit of constant renewal and making way for growth (Happy Spring Equinox!) I am going to be shifting the focus of my personal newsletter (this one!) to a Weekly Tune Up for Women in Leadership.
I made this decision on the back of the beta launch of my new exclusive coaching programme Tune In and Turn Up Your Messaging: a process designed to guide women in leadership into their fullest self-expression at work and in life.
As it turns out, you can't migrate your newsletter here on LinkedIn, so I have little choice but to kill my little darling.
If the new direction is not for you, that's okay - I understand! Simply unsubscribe now and be on your merry way, no hard feelings ;)

What Am I Tuning Out Of?
All is not lost!
For those of you who still want to Tune Into the art and science of communication in the world of work - including best-in-class strategic insights - you can do your bit to call forward a new instalment of Corporate Speak by following my business page, which I'm actively and intentionally growing in it's own right. When I've hit the minimum requirement of 150 followers, I’ll pick up again with Corporate Speak monthly, and all things related to communication, strategy and technology (my left brain endeavours).
What's Next?
I am in the process of wrapping up the beta-launch cohort, and I have learnt so much already - I can't wait for what the future holds! Plus, I have generous amounts of content to share including insights into the leadership challenges that women face, and strategies that promote learning, growth and development in the face of these challenges.
So that's what you're going to find here. One big idea, every Wednesday.
I have fallen head-over-heels in love with my new programme Tune In and Turn Up Your Message, and I'm looking forward to the official launch in November. If you are a women in leadership who wants to up-level your impact, then now is the time. Send my a direct message, or comment here, to learn more about the early-bird promotion, and please be aware that due to the intimate nature of the container that I've created, spaces are limited.
In the meantime, here's to Tuning In and Turning Up Our Message as Leaders.

2 个月It’s not prioritisation if it doesn’t hurt! Although funny story, the first time I heard the “kill your darlings” phrase it was as “kill your babies” and was just listed as a project beside my name without any context or communication ??
