Tuning Back Into Yourself

What does that actually mean 'Tuning Back Into Yourself'. Actually it is a phrase that just popped into my head about reconnecting with the inner you. I do sound healing as one of the healing modalities I use for myself and clients. And this is particularly pertinent, because we are learning that everything is created from energy, which has its own frequency and vibration. Vibration is the key here to tune back into yourself.
So much is talked about today about meditation and mindfulness. This actually was first introduced to humanity thousands of years ago, in the form of Sakshi Bav. This simply means 'Witness Your Mentality.' And now many modalities and rituals have all grown from this simple principle.
When we realise we are vibration, there are simple things you can do to tune back into yourself. Let's try this right now. Just sit there and lift both hands, using your arms, up infront of you. As the hands go up, let the fingertips drop downwards and keep the elbows down as well. And when you bring your hands and arms back down, let your fingers point up to the ceiling. Create a wave like motion with your arms. And breath in when your arms go up, and breath out when your arms go down.
Really focus on how your hands and arms feel. Are they heavy, stiff, not so easy to move. Really focus on how they feel.
Now for the fun part. Let your hands hang down by your side, and just simply shake your hands and elbows as vigourously as you can without causing any harm to yourself. Do this for the count of 20. Keep going all the way to 20.
Now do the same exercise again, raising your hands up and breathing in, and then down and breath out.
Did you feel the difference? Did your hands feel lighter? Did your hands and arms feel easier to move? Most people who train with me say they can feel a distinct difference after this exercise. What about you. Leave me a comment if you did. I would love to hear from you.
