Tune Out and Tune Inwards
It's time to let go of the hours I spend on a screen and go outside and spend it in nature.
It's time to stop talking and start listening
It's time to ask for help instead of doing it alone
It's time to realize we are all connected no matter our gender, age, race, religion, etc.
It's time to notice the little things and the small wins.
We can't tune out from the mental clutter if we don't spend time being quiet.
We can't tune in to our true self if we don't ask the important questions
Who do I want to be?
How do I want to show up for the world?
How can I make the world a better place?
How can I be my own best friend?
How can I be a better friend to the people I love?
I can't tune in if I don't have a spiritual practice where I connect to source.
I can't be my best self if I'm constantly judging others
I can't do my best work if I'm always in a place of fear
I can't be grateful if I don't stop to notice all the blessings and miracles around me.
I can't be mindful if I don't observe the beauty around me
I can't reach my highest potential if I stay focused on the negative which is very easy to do in today's world.
Its making a conscious effort to focus on the good which is widely available if we pay attention and stay in a place of love.
