We're gonna do weekly football picks on Thursdays to give the lines a chance to move so our picks are closer to the CLV.

So far in college we are 4-2, and 2-0 on the Dog of the Week picks.

Week 1 in the NFL was a 2-2 split.

In these columns I'm going to provide, the College Vibes only picks, 4 NFL Sunday picks, and a parlay for Thursday Night Football.

I would like to start off by saying I am on what the folks would call, a heater. Now this could end at any moment, but let's keep the momentum alive.

No Sweat Bet on Draftkings for tonight's game if you haven't used it yet, I like Dalton Kincaid 1st scorer. It's +1600, and he had a quiet week 1, this is probably more juice on this pick than you will get the rest of the year.

Bills ML. Josh Allen is 6-0 on Thursdays and got a good rhythm going in the 2nd half against Arizona.

Kentucky offense is bad bad. Georgia Defense is GOOD GOOD. Don't overthink

The Tigers can't be as bad as they looked vs USC.

Colorado State +225. Playing Colorado, only 7 point dogs. Colorado can salvage their season with a win, but if CSU gets up, it's hard to imagine Colorado getting up from an early knockout punch given how the first two weeks have gone.

NFL Picks

Reminder, the picks for the first month of the season will not be influenced by Data. We will be running Time Series on Labofdata.com (sign up for exclusives and datasets) starting in Week 4.

Dallas -6 vs New Orleans.

In Week 2 historically, the home team when both teams are 1-0 wins at above a 68% Clip.

Dallas is good, maybe New Orleans is as well, however under Mike McCarthy the one thing the Cowboys have done consistently is dominate at home, and they are riding a league leading home winning streak and have not lost at home since Week 1 2022. They are a juggernaut at home and Derek Carr does not handle pressure as well as most QBs. Ask Deshaun Watson about the Cowboys pass rush. I think the Cowboys win this game by 17+, as they did in several of their home games last year.

Bonus prop: Rico Dowdle over 6.5 carries.

Eagles -6.5 vs Falcons

Would love to be wrong here, but the Eagles getting two prime time games to start the year is the kind of script writing the NFL wants, this will be hyped up about the New Look Falcons going on the road but Kirk Cousins needs to simply play better than he did last week. The Eagles will get a good boost from the home crowd and I'm not sold on the Falcons D vs a real offense yet.

Commanders Giants over 43.5

This just has bad luck Giants all over it. As you know, the Giants sold their soul to the Devil for the 2 luckiest Super Bowl Victories of all time. Since then, it's been unwatchable football for Big Blue. I can see this clip getting shared over and over again Sunday after this slopfest. One of these QBs will throw a Pick 6 and the other will look good against a terrible defense. Choose your own adventure

Yeah these are all NFC East picks, but until we get the data I'm going with what I know best. For one outside the Division

Ravens Raiders over 41.5

This is gross. It's disgusting. You can't even tell your boys you're taking this over. The Ravens should win handedly, but if there's one thing I know about Gardiner Minshew, he's gonna throw some garbage time TDs.
