Each week, I Am Here serves up three tips to evoke reflection and improve our mental health and wellbeing.?

This week, we’re asking: "How can I set myself up for success?"

This includes:

  • How can I create space for my wellbeing amidst new year’s resolutions?
  • What strengths can I lean on to embrace 2025 with clarity and confidence?

The start of a new year is a powerful moment to reflect on what matters most. It’s also an opportunity to recalibrate, set intentions, and prioritise our mental health and wellbeing.?

Whether you're participating in Dry January or simply looking to reset, remember the belief that it’s ok not to feel ok; and it’s absolutely ok to ask for help.
