Tuesday Trio: Do I know what to do to improve my mental health and wellbeing?
Tuesday Trio
Welcome to the latest edition of Tuesday Trio.
Each week, Tuesday Trio serves up three tips to evoke reflection and improve our mental health and wellbeing.
This week, we’re asking, "Do I know what to do to improve my mental health and wellbeing?"
? What steps do I take to ensure my own mental health and wellbeing?
? What steps do I take to ensure the mental health and wellbeing of others?
? What signs should I look for in declining mental health and wellbeing, both in myself and others?
We can talk for a long time around good mental health and wellbeing. We know the keywords, we hear the messaging, but are we proactive in taking care of our own mental health and wellbeing, and that of others?
What are we watching this week?
This week, we are watching an easy step-by-step clip of how to watch over our own mental health and wellbeing, titled "Five Ways to Mental Health and Wellbeing."
We may be aware of these steps already, but we should take time to remind ourselves of what is important, what is essential, and what is key to our overall health. This short video serves as that reminder.

Who are we quoting this week?
"Helping one person might not change the whole world, but it could change the world for one person."
- Paul Shane Spear
We use this quote at I Am Here because it reminds us of how powerful each of us is in one another’s lives. It reminds us of how we can make all the difference to another person’s life, and their mental health and wellbeing.
It also reminds us of how others can make all the difference to our lives, and to our own mental health and wellbeing. It is vital that we never forget the importance of asking for help, and the importance of hearing that call for help.
