More Jobs are being posted for Technical, Engineering & IT Personnel with Skilled Labor posting not far behind. These Shortages of Personnel ARE NOT GOING AWAY! Demand for these folks is increasing and wages are going up as well. The rising cost of labor is becoming a MAJOR PROBLEM for Small & Mid-Sized Employers who do not have the deep pockets or perks to attract the talent needed. So what can be done? Our suggestion is to redirect government spending into High Tech and Skilled Trades Training Programs to assist Unemployed, Underemployed and persons who are on Welfare. This would result in more freshly trained talent and a reduction in the tax burden to support the Welfare System.
