TTIP EC

A survey started if only the European Committee is authorized to sign the TTIP agreement, or that also the national parliaments of Europe have her influence as well.This report comes out in June and that is what happened with the agreement of Lissabon, that an EC can ignore the decision of the national parliaments.Holland ,and France were against the European Constitution,only the politicians have formulated  the referendum is an advising referendum.That means  .media  you had to do your work thoroughly and not speaking about a referendum.Was it a referendum, then the European Constitutions was not accepted.It was an advising referendum.A very big difference.I have read the Lissabon agreement and I know that the EC has the right to neglect an outcome of the referendum.So it is playing with words, to define and redefine the law,the referendum.Is it in the interest of your citizens of EU a questionmark.
