Hi friends,

Two decades ago (almost to the day), I made a decision that would shape my career and life forever. My children, Isa and Tych, were six and four years old and running noisily through the house.

That decision was to turn my passion into a career and become an entrepreneur at the same time—in other words, to start an organizational and leadership development business. In hindsight, I was completely in the dark about what this journey would look like and how it would shape my professional and personal life.

We were worried, of course, but two other OD professionals and I took the leap. Racked with self-doubt and feeling at sea with all the paperwork, we incorporated a fledgling company.?

And so Time To Grow was born. Now we’re officially twenty, and just like my kids (who are now 26 and 24), Time To Grow has grown up. We’ve known ups and downs, changed course, and kept on continuously learning.?

Now we’re officially twenty, and here’s the first lesson I have learned.??

Lesson One: Growing Isn’t Just Getting Bigger

If two decades as a business owner and coach have taught me anything, it’s the inevitability of reinvention. There’s a reason adaptability is the number one strength for 21st Century businesses, and at TTGG, we have reinvented ourselves countless good and bad times.?

Our team has changed.

Our services look different.

Our brand has become much stronger and more defined.

What hasn’t changed is our mission and vision. Helping teams and leaders realize their full potential through coaching, facilitation, and HR consultancy is the most meaningful work I can think of, so I want to celebrate our 20th Anniversary with a gift.
