TT#036 - Slumps are dangerous. Here's how to hit reset...

I've got? a confession: I recently hit a slump.?

Not in sales. I’ve sold $172k over the past 3 months, which is a quarterly best for me since going out on my own.?

And not in client wins. I just got a couple videos from members of my coaching program thanking me for helping them unlock hundreds of thousands in revenue.?

It was more of an emotional slump.?

The kind that had me questioning things I usually don't and overthinking more than I usually do.

These kinds of slumps are perfectly normal. But left unchecked, they are incredibly dangerous and impact every area of your life -- especially your business.

In this week's newsletter, I share why they're dangerous, and several actionable things you can to to break out of a slump and get back to your stride.

Ray J. Green winning is not just about putting money in the bank, great message! Developing mental resiliency and understanding how to work through the emotional lows is a must as an entrepreneur. It's easy to spiral and believe our inner critic even with success. Great reminder and putting purpose back into our minds!

100% don't believe the hype on social media, the feedback loop going solo can be rough. So easy to fall into the good old days trap when things are tough. Great stuff on leaning into the future.
