Tshwane FM is proud to be the official media partner for the TUT Arts Festival 2024! The Faculty of Arts and Design at Tshwane University of Technology will host its sixth festival from 2 to 4 September 2024, centered on the theme of ARTIVISM. This event highlights how creative consciousness can address social challenges and promote responsible citizenship.

This year, the festival is also part of the inaugural Global Artivism Conference, happening from 5 to 8 September 2024, in collaboration with the Riky Rick Foundation, Community Arts Network (CAN), and Global Commons Alliance (GCA). The conference, themed "Artivism: Embracing Cultural Activism for a Safe and Just World," will explore the powerful intersection of arts and activism.

We're excited to introduce "The Tshwane FM Stage," a fringe stage broadcasting live daily throughout the festival. This initiative will showcase the best of our community's creative talents.
