Tshikovha Graduates Academy Christmas and New year's Message

Growing in rural areas, one remembers how Christmas and New Year’s Holidays brought community together. Hope manifested and we believed the future is bright when we see friends and community members arriving from different areas and greeting everyone with confidence and feeling of being an idol to community. We knew we were part of a collective and we belonged to the community than one family. We would converge in one family and dance and enjoy together. Today, we see many community members producing sports and arts to bring community together to avoid alcoholism, teenage sex and other challenges in communities. The urge to help someone is to ensure that good people do not do bad things. As we approach 2020, we see await results from matric and some graduates will be looking for jobs and this calls for support from all corners of the community.

Tshikovha Graduates Academy exist to play a role in solving community challenges with the objective if integrating graduates to working environment and creating opportunities for entrepreneurs, cooperatives and small businesses. We aim to partner with organisations, Companies, Mining Houses and Government to help develop communities and alleviate poverty through community projects that respond to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and Grand Global Challenges locally. 2019 we have managed to assist some graduates to be employed, over 15 small businesses to get jobs, trained cooperatives, cleaned waste from different communities, paid outstanding fees for students who needed to graduates and we continue to invest in waste recycling and Environmental Awareness as key towards generating employment and reduce impact on Climate Change. If your Just Cause is to see change in communities through your programmes, in 2020 let us find a way to partner and impact on communities in rural areas.
