When things around you seem to be spiraling out of control, and they seem to challenge everything that you thought you knew, information, support, and some degree of explanation from your leadership would go a long way. If you have to find things out about the organization that you have dedicated your entire life to from the 24 hour news network, and social media, your faith starts to erode and you begin to question everything that you though you knew.

It becomes all the more frustrating when you are considered a leader in the same organization and your team comes to you seeking answers that you really truly cannot provide, because they have not been provided to you.

I am at such a loss right now.
