Have you ever gotten to the end of the day and felt absolutely exhausted, and yet, still had an insane list of to-do items that needed to get done?

Is there a chance that this happens daily or at least many days a week?

If yes, this is proof that you have NOT found your ZONE because your ZONE is a place of optimal productivity and it’s also a place where you will become even more energized. 

But most importantly…

When you are in your ZONE - you become unstoppable!

No critique…

No challenge…

No setback…

No nothing can prevent you from getting to your optimal outcome. 

This is why I not only encourage people to find their zone, but I demand it of you…

Your zone is where you are meant to operate…

Your zone becomes the single greatest source of creative energy…

Your zone is what enables you to have the most significant impact…

And please don’t get YOUR ZONE mixed up with YOUR FLAME...

Many people declare their flame, but since they are usually NOT operating their flame inside of their zone their flame eventually simmers out.

If I were to ask you…

What is your FLAME?

I am almost certain that you could easily share what you are uniquely qualified to do…

But if I followed this question with one more question which is…

Now that you know your flame, what exactly will you do so that your vision becomes your reality?

I am equally as certain that almost no one is crystal clear on the most optimal use of their flame. 

This is the exact reason that most flames fizzle out because people are either not using this discovery optimally or possibly...not at all.

Now, I would love to be an example for you...

My flame is sales and innovation.

Which if you know me, I would imagine you 100% agree. 

I am uniquely qualified to sell and innovate and probably one of the best you will ever meet when I am using this flame.

One of my companies is called SYNDUIT, which is a marketing software specifically built for small businesses that yearn for a marketing agency, but can’t even come close to affording one. 

For the past few years, I was able to delegate or eliminate most of my responsibilities so that 99% of my time was spent in my flame.

And in the beginning of my hyper-focus on sales and innovation I was on FIRE, but over the past year, I started to fizzle out.

I could not figure out why, but it almost felt like I stopped caring about SYNDUIT, although this could not have been further from the truth.

And then it hit me…

Sales and innovation is my flame, but SYNDUIT is not my zone and since my zone is the highest and best use of my flame, no wonder it feels like my flame is beginning to lessen or even burn out.

Then, I launched CILA Labs which satisfies both criteria immensely - Sales/Innovation and Optimal Place for my FLAME to exist…

For me, the outcome of knowing my flame and having the right zone to operate within is an unstoppable bonfire of sales and innovation! 

But, What Will It Mean To You?

I can already feel the naysayers chirping…

“Easy for you to say Jared, most people can’t control their environment the same way you do, which means that most people will never reach their zone in your mind.”

YES - 100%! 

I do believe that knowing your flame and either finding and/or creating your zone is the only way to have the type of impact that most people desire…

So YES, this means you can and must introspect to find what you are uniquely qualified to do AND be a creator that can build an environment that meets the needs of  your zone. 

And at the same time - you don’t have to!

You don’t have to have a seismic impact during your life…

You don’t have to create a legacy that supersedes yourself…

You don’t have to work tirelessly for the potential of generational wealth…

You don’t have to do ANY of this…

BUT if the thought of seismic impact, legacy, and generational wealth piques your interest - then I am going to encourage you to realize how critical it is to find and live within your flame and your zone ASAP!

Here’s the steps to find your flame…

1 - I enroll people closest to me to explain what they see is my flame.

2 - I make a list of my EXTINGUISHERS.

3 - I make a list of what FLAMES me up the most.

4 - I read these three answers daily!

Next, it’s imperative that you find your zone…

Your zone is not as straightforward as finding your flame and there’s a really good chance that the only way to find your zone is to become aware of when you are NOT in it…

NOT being in your zone is energy depleting…

NOT being in your zone is financially limiting…

NOT being in your zone is boring and uninteresting…

And as long as you can become hyper-aware of these feelings then you will begin to see when you are OUT of zone which means you are also suboptimal with your flame.

Once this happens, here’s the key question…

“If I could have it all my way - what’s missing from the current environment which is supposed to be my zone?”

Continue to ask yourself this question until you exhaust  your answers because on the other side of this question is your zone…

For me…

SYNDUIT did not solve enough problems…

SYNDUIT could not innovate any further than it has…

SYNDUIT would never provide me with the type of financial freedom that I will attain…

SYNDUIT will never be dynamic enough to maintain my interest…

SYNDUIT is still just one thing...

And don’t get me wrong…

SYNDUIT is freakin amazing!

We are literally changing the game for our 40,000+ paying users but it’s still NOT my zone…

And I am insane…

So, please don’t use me as the model for this exercise because for 99.9999% of the world - if they were in my shoes you would think you are in your zone with SYNDUIT, but that’s how aware I am and how aware I would love to see you become…

Even the most minute friction points become a fanatical focus for me because I know the power of FLAME + ZONE when they are at the highest level of optimization…

And this is a level that I refuse to negotiate against so I am forced to remain meticulous on my quest because being unstoppable is my holy grail for the type of impact I will have…

I invite you to become as intense as you want with this experience, but do something…

Find your flame…

Step into your zone…

Become unstoppable!
