This is a perfect exercise to do at the beginning and end of the day.

I go with the flow. Rest when needed and accomplish what I want when I can. I am retired! But still getting a lot done.

I love the idea that rest is a ??premium fuel?? I always completely stop doing and take breaks as things fall into place in my head slowly but surely and then I do again. Thank you Jessi Hempel I love Mondays with Hello Monday

Very relevant topic especially in this fast-paced environment we exist in - REST ( even for a few minutes) seems to be the key to reset , recharge and create
