WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS
We try to follow the footprints of our ancestors, neighbours, friends and colleagues. Want to play safe and prefer safe heaven? But we also do expect our lifestyle to accelerate at jet speed. Tell me, can you catch any shark in your comfort pond? Either be satisfied with the small fishes or else sail out for deep blue…
?We live as if we are never going to die and we die as if we have never lived. The fear of failure, criticism or incurring financial losses stops us from trying something new, be it travelling to a virgin island, paragliding or investing in new stock on Wall Street. Once the veil of fear is up, efforts and offerings are optimized. Never be ashamed to be eccentric.
Consider the following example;?an investment with a risk-reward ratio of 1:7 suggests that an investor is willing to risk $1, for the prospect of earning $7. Alternatively, a risk/reward ratio of 1:3 signals that an investor should expect to invest $1, for the prospect of earning $3 on their investment. In both instances, reward expectation is higher than the risk appetite. So learn to remain hungry.

If you fail, either you would gather experience or be a guide with time. Next time when you start, you would not start from scratch; you would start from where you failed. So chances of a second failure are reduced significantly.
Every single day comes with a handful of opportunities. Try new things, make new friends, go to a place you have never gone or heard of before, keep investing in new ideas, try out new foods, and do little experiments with your looks and dressings even.
Miracle only comes through new ventures and traditional endeavours only repeat history. Don’t only read yourself; create history for others to read also. Don’t live a frog's life in a well; try to jump in the ocean. When you find something that makes your heart skip a bit, stop the search and take the risk. The world is beckoning...

2 年True. The Comfort zone is the killing zone for appetite. Your simplistic explanation of risk-reward is as lucid as it could be done to drive home the point. Magic happens when stepping out of the cocoon. Challenges welcome the individual outside the dark cells. It's worth climbing the hill and sliding back rather than merely looking at its peak from the plain. Greater the fall, the richer the learning. Finally, one may climb the summit or may share one valuable experience of repeated failures for others' benefit. In either case, the game is never lost. At least let the game start before it's lost or won.

I could give hundred eye catchy titles, but I choose to be "unapologetically" me! (Not interested in meeting or sharing numbers or email or a picture) (am a fractional normal human, rest of the time paranormal)
