TRY NEW WAY.......

CBSE has come up with new set of assessment guideline for school students of class 12th as examinations too got affected due to Covid-19. There are end number of views on this from students, parents, teachers and schools. But if we give a holistic thought to this guideline, we have arrived to a very futuristic formula of assessment though set by pandemic.

As per this guideline students will be evaluated based on parameters of Practical learning, Project Learning and External or Internal Assessment. Now, if this evaluation process is in place post Covid-19 also then all students will be more focused for skill set of practical & rational thinking with representation of their learnings.

However more discussions are required for its true implementation, equal weightage on all parameters ,rational accountability of evaluation system and acceptance of this system. If there is a clear concise on these issues with more broader layout of evaluation process ,than one can say we are reaching out for a true overall development on student learning by way of such evaluation.
