#Try and #Fail

#Try and #Fail

“Try and fail, but don't fail to try.”

―??? John Quincy Adams

I'm always wondering to understand brain mechanics why we tend to quit from the first attempt while we were continuously trying out when were kids. Yes, maybe you don't remember, but if you have kids or you see children playing together, you will see that whenever they fail, they try and try without any hesitation and lack confidence.

While they keep trying, check out the eyes of the kids and you will see how they are cold and determined. We need that kind of confidence and determination throughout our "#tryouts" in our life.

The main thing that drives fewer " tryouts" is a lack of #emotionalintelligence. Once you are not aware of your emotions and the mechanics of your mind, then you are trapped with the illusion of #failure, however, in reality, you didn't lose anything. You just need #moveforward and #tryout.

The #mindfullness is the second factor which we need to address also.

You need to ask 3 basic questions:

??What am I doing?

??Why am I doing it?

??How am I going to do it?

Please bear in mind the sequence of the questions. All 3 are interrelated and can not be changed. You need to know what you want to try along with reason. This is 2 headed line, you can start from any of them.

The second part of the problem is ?? How are You going to do it? Now you need #tryout #problemsolution technique.

The last factor that impacts the #tryout is #spotlighteffect which stands for simply " what the people gonna say ", our tendency to believe that all eyes are on us when, in reality, no one’s paying attention. If you’re feeling self-conscious, the spotlight effect can be a handy reality check.

I would rather find a tool to battle this another name #imposter syndrome as I always rely on the term. If you didn't watch my show on #impostersyndrome, watch it from here???

Back to the topic of #spotlighteffect, I always remember the story of Nasreddin Hoja and it helps me to #moveforward as I know, I will never be able to satisfy all people, whatever I do, whenever I do it and how I will escalate it.

The moral of this small article, #moveforward ?? and #tryout until you get there.
