The Truth About Unleashing Your Hidden Potential

When I look at where I was at the start of 2010.

Unknown, outside my friends and family, and just working a corporate role, and where I am now.

#25 World Leadership Expert and Speaker, author of 3 books, & I have written for Forbes, Inc, Entrepreneur, Fortune, Huff Post, Fox News, Chicago Tribune, Addicted2Success & have had my articles translated into 21 different languages. Selected #6 B2B Influencer to follow in 2020, my blog leadership blog constantly ranks Top 50 blog lists and its currently #7 Most Inspiring Leadership Blog. I have built an online following of over 1/2 million followers with people following me from every corner of the world. I have been paid to speak at events in New York, London, Berlin, Amsterdam. Cairo, Marrakech, LA, Mumbai, Istanbul, Miami, Dubai, Chicago, and many others and after speaking at a one University I was asked to become a Visiting Professor (this is what please my wife the most).

And last year I was even included in the Influencer Times on the same page as Katie Perry, JK Rowling, and Alexei Navalny (no I didn't know who he was either but apparently he's a leading challenger to Putin in Russian politics).

Now, I don't share all this to brag, show off, or blow my own trumpet.

No, I share this because I want you to RETHINK what is possible, what you could achieve, and where you could be by 2020.

We live in an amazing world, with amazing tools at our fingertips, tools that gives us the ability to reach out and connect with millions of people across the world.

To be honest none of these things was on my vision board.

None of these were my goals in 2010, 2011, or 2012 and so on.

None of these were things I would ever have believed possible & I would have laughed if you had told that any of these would have been achieved.

Yet here I sit have successfully completed all of these, and many more, with the majority of them in just the last 5 years.

And all just by following my passion.

This makes me wonder where will I be by 2025, let alone 2030!

None of us know what the future truly holds for us, or where we could be.

• I was not a really a writer, I just chose to write.
• I was not really an Influencer or thought leader, I just chose to share my thoughts.
• I was not really a leadership expert, I just chose to share my experience.
• I was not a professional speaker, I just chose to speak.

Magical things can happen when we follow our passions.

My questions to you are.

• What is your passion and are you following it?
• What is stopping you from taking that first step, taking your first action?
• What is the worst that could happen if you give it a try?

We only get one life and we should live it doing what we love.

You don't have to give up anything to take that first step.

Maybe nothing will come of it.

Maybe nothing will happen.

But maybe, just maybe you will surprise yourself, and surprise others and put yourself on the path to achieving amazing things by 2025 or 2030!
