The Truth About Transition...
What do you see in the photo above??
Transition as defined in the Merriam-Webster Dictionary is this: a:?passage from one state, stage, subject, or place to another:?change?b:?a movement, development, or evolution from one form, stage, or style to another
The spread of makeup, food, wine, glasses and phones, etc. are all?part of?choice and?timing. I'm working with a creative team under deadlines and dedicated purpose. To others, this?may look like hurry,?poor planning, and disorganization or a total mess.
Perception is relevant, yet can be misleading. The truth is, transition doesn't look so good, it can be downright ugly, messy, and simply mind-blowing.?This is me creating at home through one of the toughest times in my life thus far! Most people experience the greatest amount of adversity, uncertainty, and hardship during necessary change, which often?ignites an astronomical amount of questions and judgment from others.?Ridicule, assumption, and silent defamation are a resounding song during this time, sad but true.
Transition?may be a divorce, career change, a move?from leadership in corporate to entrepreneurship, becoming an empty nester,?or simply working diligently to be the best you one day at a time. By the way, each of the women I am working with is experiencing at least one and some all of these things right now.?So often we strive to live up to the potential others see in us and blindly eliminate thriving in who we really are, and what we were authentically created to be.?If we don't experience true transition once or at best a few times in life, then we are not truly evolving as individuals.?Life is?a journey, if there is no true effort or risk in experiencing authentic?transition, we are left with an intentionally untrue state of being.

I have had the opportunity to work on various projects with some amazing people. The photo above was taken during a video shoot which was absolutely awesome! The team I was working with varied from ages 15 to 50, it was a real experience where transparency was evident and oh-so refreshing!?The entire team was in some state of serious change in their lives and spoke about it candidly without fear.?Why did this mean so much to me??Well, it’s because I understand and respect transition on new levels since revisiting it myself over the last year.?I applaud those who face it with absolute faith, fighting the good fight through it toward fulfilling their purpose and ignoring the norm. Could someone please define normal? Actually never mind... "normal"?is the biggest lie of all time to those who are truly living.
I encourage those of you who are in this defining?position in life to press in and flow fearlessly.?There's?always provision for a divine vision.?The reward of abundance and purposed-filled work is worth it, personally and professionally.?Stay positive, meditate, stay focused, and resist all distractions.?Trust the omnipotent power within.
I share to inspire, and I know I will look back at this post with gratitude.
