truth: more followers ≠ more revenue
Hey Friend,
A while ago, I remember voice noting with an entrepreneurial friend who was completely exhausted.
She had spent months creating content—showing up on every platform, going live, testing different styles of videos, even investing thousands into PR and collaborations.
And it worked... sort of.
Her audience grew. Her posts were getting more reach than ever.
But her sales? They barely budged.
For the effort she was putting in, the output was shocking.
And when she told me her plan to fix it, I could already see the problem.
“I probably just need to get in front of more people, so I can convert more.”
But here’s what no one tells you: More eyes on a broken system won’t fix it.
Because visibility isn’t the same as demand. And attention isn’t the same as trust.
The Three Problems That Visibility Can’t Solve
1. A message that isn’t converting
If people are seeing your content but not buying, the problem isn’t reach—it’s clarity.
Most entrepreneurs get stuck here because they assume their audience understands their offer as well as they do. But what feels obvious to you is not obvious to them.
A confusing message leads to hesitation. And in business, hesitation kills sales.
The shift: Instead of talking about what you sell, talk about what they gain.
Your audience isn’t looking for a product or service. They’re looking for a solution to a problem that feels urgent to them. They’re looking for a specific result that matters in their world.
Before posting another piece of content, ask yourself:
If the answer to any of these is no, more visibility won’t help—it will just amplify confusion.
2. An audience that isn’t warmed up
One of the biggest reasons businesses struggle to convert isn’t because their audience isn’t big enough—it’s because their audience isn’t ready enough.
Most marketing focuses on awareness, but awareness alone doesn’t drive sales. People don’t just need to see you. They need to believe you.
And belief is built through:
The businesses that scale the fastest aren’t just collecting followers. They’re building trust at every step of the journey.
Ask yourself:
If not, more visibility will just mean more people who know about you… but still aren’t ready to buy.
3. A lack of a clear sales system
Let’s say tomorrow, your content goes viral. Tens of thousands of people flood to your page, your website, your DMs.
Would they know exactly where to go next?
Would they be guided through a clear, intentional journey that builds trust and leads to conversion?
Or would they just get lost in content and move on?
Most businesses don’t need more visibility. They need a better pathway from visibility to conversion.
That means:
This is why some businesses can double their revenue without doubling their traffic.
Because they aren’t focused on getting more people in the door—they’re focused on making sure the people who do come in are guided toward a purchase.
The Real Fix: The Shift From ‘More Attention’ to ‘More Conversions’
If your sales aren’t where you want them to be, here’s where to focus instead of visibility:

1. Clarify your message.
What makes your offer an easy yes? Why would someone feel urgency to buy today, instead of waiting until later?
If you can’t answer this in one sentence, neither can your audience.
2. Create content that builds trust, not just awareness.
The best businesses don’t just sell—they teach. They share transformation stories. They give real value that makes people think, “I need more of this.”
If your content isn’t creating belief, no amount of reach will make it convert better.
3. Fix your pathway from audience to customer.
Most businesses lose people in the gaps between attention and conversion. Fix the gaps.
Make it ridiculously easy for someone to go from “I just found you” → “I trust you” → “I want to buy from you.”
That’s the real growth strategy.
When these three things are dialed in, you don’t necessarily need more visibility.
Because every new person who finds you is way more likely to become a customer, not just a follower.
And that? That’s how you build a business that doesn’t rely on a lucky break, an algorithm, or the hope of going viral.
We’ve got a lot of content coming your way over the next couple of months about dialing in every element of your customer’s journey, but for now, this funnel roadmap might be a great place to start. I hope it helps!

I’ve got some open tabs on some of my incredible students’ funnels:
I love celebrating wins of women who are making big moves in their businesses. Today, I’m so excited to share the journeys of three incredible women from Freedom Fast Track who took their ideas, put in the work, and turned them into thriving sales engines.
??Meet Reena Goodwin, Founder of FACTEUR PR
Reena isn’t just a PR pro—she’s a powerhouse helping brands in beauty, home, and wellness gain visibility and grow—and she’s on a mission to make PR accessible and achievable for small businesses and solopreneurs. With over a decade of experience (and working with celebrity clients), Reena turned her expertise into a game-changing offer: The DIY PR Project.
Before FFT, Reena struggled with how to sell this DIY offer, but today she’s built a powerful funnel—starting with a free publicity guide that drives leads into a webinar and converts them into paying members of her DIY PR Project. The clarity she’s gained through FFT? Priceless. She’s now serving more businesses than ever and growing her email list by nearly 20%!
?Meet Alexa Darrin, Psychic Medium & Spiritual Coach at Soul Purpose Alchemy
Alexa’s journey is nothing short of transformational. Once a high school teacher and creative director in LA, she discovered her soul gifts in 2021 and went all-in. Today, she helps ambitious, multi-passionate women uncover their soul purpose through her signature program, Soul Purpose Alchemy.
Before FFT, Alexa had no structured sales funnel—just referrals and scattered marketing efforts. Now, she’s built a sales call funnel using two lead magnets: a free guide and a 3-day Soul Clarity Reset program. She’s also revamped her website, started showing up consistently on Instagram, and launched a membership offer. Her business is thriving and more aligned than ever!
?Meet Adele Dobler, Founder of Marabou Club
Adele’s journey from helicopter pilot to beverage entrepreneur is truly inspiring. After years of working night shifts and managing job stress, she knew it was time to take control of her future. With FFT, she turned her dream into reality by launching Marabou Club, a canned vodka soda brand in the UK that’s redefining guilt-free social drinking.
Before FFT, Adele had an idea but no structure. Now, she’s built a quiz funnel to attract her ideal customers, launched her website, and set up fulfillment operations. In just a short time, she’s made nearly £1,000 in online sales and is gearing up for a major launch this spring—aiming to make Marabou Club the drink of summer '25!

The “Urgency Without Discounts” Strategy
Most entrepreneurs rely on discounts to drive urgency. But here’s the thing—if the only reason someone buys is because of a lower price, you’ve trained them to wait for the next sale.
Instead, try this: Create urgency through scarcity, access, and time-based bonuses.
Here’s how:
Scarcity → Limit the number of spots, seats, or units available. Example: “Only 10 spots left at this level” creates urgency without lowering the price.
Access → Offer an exclusive bonus that disappears after a deadline. Example: “Join by Friday and get a private coaching call with me” makes people take action now.
Time-Based Bonuses → Add something valuable for fast action. Example: “The first 20 people get access to a VIP Q&A session” makes early buyers feel rewarded.
Urgency should be built into your offer strategy—not just slapped on at the end with a price drop.
Because the best way to get people to buy? Make them feel like waiting isn’t an option.
