The Truth Of The Matter

It is natural for us to seek places that provide us with peace, comfort, and the ability to move forward in time. Everything in our universe exists for our benefit, including our human composition, which is as natural as the sun, moon, and earth. We thrive when we are in harmony with nature. I often think of a rose and how it buds and blooms until it reaches its full fragrant potential. However, as time passes, the edges turn brown, and the petals wilt and wrinkle.
Throughout our lives, we go through different phases of growth and development, each with its own unique challenges to overcome. In our youth, we are expected to follow societal norms and regulations, learn various subjects, and strive to become productive members of society. As we mature, we acquire higher education, establish careers, and start families, which come with a new set of responsibilities and opportunities.
Our lives, minds, and bodies go through constant cycles of change with each passing day. As we explore the world around us, our thoughts and perspectives become ingrained, shaping our interactions with people, places, and things. We make it a priority to maintain our health, build strong muscles, and cultivate mental acuity, all while striving to present our best selves in any situation.
As we age, our eyesight often deteriorates, requiring us to wear eyeglasses. Our once brisk pace may slow down, and running up or down stairs may no longer be possible. However, we may still be active in the gym, working out different muscle groups to keep ourselves fit and stave off the effects of aging. We feel good, thinking we have managed to hold back the hands of time. After showering, we may even feel exuberant and sing James Brown's classic, "I Feel Good," while drying off. But then, as we walk past the wall of mirrors, we catch a glimpse of ourselves and are taken aback. Who is that person staring back at us? As we move closer and try to recognize ourselves, we are shocked to realize that it is, in fact, us.
Gravity is a powerful force that keeps us and everything on the planet in place, preventing us from flying off into space. However, it does not affect our skin in the same way. The protein complexes that hold skin cells together are intercellular and weaken with age. The Adherens junction-cadherin, muscles, and tendons begin breaking down the supporting tissue structure, which contributes to the visible signs of aging. As Betty Davis said, "Aging is not for sissies."
As we age past 50, our face and other parts of our body will show visible changes. Collagen keeps our skin plump and firm in our youth, but it depletes over the years, resulting in facial lines, wrinkles, sagging jaw and necklines, and crepey skin on the back of hands, arms, and legs. The skin also becomes thinner and more translucent, making veins and discoloration more noticeable.
Collagen plays a crucial role in our body, aiding in tissue repair, cell signaling, and strengthening bones, joints, and tendons. However, as we age, collagen production decreases, leading to a breakdown of existing collagen. Since the collagen molecule is too large to absorb through the skin, taking collagen supplements is beneficial for our overall health and skin condition. There are numerous collagen supplements available in the market that you can keep on hand and take daily.

My advice is for those who are 50 years or older. Aging is a beautiful and glorious process that we must embrace as God's gift. We have faced many challenges in life and emerged victorious. Our lives are still full of adventure, promise, and goals that we set for ourselves. Let's continue to strive for a natural and healthy look by using nature's ingredients that are chemical-free and help heal, repair, and bring a youthful, soft, and radiant glow to dry, tired, and dull skin. By choosing the right ingredients for our skin type, good skin care will become second nature.
The Truth of The Matter ?
?When it comes to taking care of our skin, the key is to develop good habits and use natural products. This is supported by research in the field of natural skincare. Just as with the food we eat, it's important to be informed about the ingredients and their source in order to make wise choices. Common sense plays a big role in this as well.
