Truth.
It's slightly a simple word with with such a overlooked concept. I am in the season of craving truth. Craving pure intentions. Craving authenticity. It's crazy, honestly, how lack of truth is actually physically, mentally, and spiritually draining. And it's sad, a lot of times, people don't realize how lacking in truth their life is until they get a taste or a glimpse of actual truth. There are so many half-way relationships happening. Don't even let me get into situationships. So many people accepting and receiving half of the truth, half way pure intentions. Which is just simply not what we need at the end of the day. Things are either hot or cold, not lukewarm, and I think this is how we should view things in our lives. I'm not sure someone can love you until you get back up again. I think that they can morally support you and be supportive....but I think that you have to be cautious and take care of yourself first before entering any relationship. When we enter relationships as a means to complete ourselves and somehow those relationships take a wrong turn, we will find ourselves at point 0 with the same problems we were facing beforehand. I've been in situations where I felt that I needed someone next to me just to fill an empty void, even though realistically they weren't the one. After several failed relationships, I'm happy to say I've taken a few lessons from them. What I came to realize that someone can't understand HOW you feel (as best as you can understand yourself) or what you've been through, even if the circumstances are similar. In this case, the best person to turn to is yourself. Figure out what makes you tick, be in touch with yourself, take time to heal. You shouldn't have to rely on someone for their love in order to feel loved. Be in love with yourself first.
The person in life that you will always be with the most, is yourself. Because even when you are with others, you are still with yourself, too.
When you wake up in the morning = you are with yourself.
Laying in bed at night = you are with yourself
Walking down the street in the sunlight = you are with yourself.
You will attract what you are being internally. Everybody is a reflection the internal state of consciousness we are occupying.
If you want to recieve true intentions, true authenticity = you must first give it to yourself.

What kind of person do you want to walk down the street with? What kind of person do you want to wake up in the morning with? What kind of person do you want to see at the end of the day before you fall asleep? Because that person is yourself, and it's your responsibility to be that person you want to be with so then that very aligned person will flow into your life.
When you have an incredible relationship with yourself, no one else can disturb that. When you really admire and love who you are unconditionally, others have no other choice but to love you in that magnectic/high frequency emitting manner.
The truth lies in the self-love you have for yourself. Give that love so you can ripple effect that law of attraction you'e truly undeniably desired. Speak kindly to yourself, tell yourself 10 things you love about yourself 3x daily, take yourself on solo dates, do the things that fufill your soul, get out in nature, move your incredible body.
You recieve who you are internally. Shower yourself the love on yourself you truthfully want recipioracted right back from your relationships.
