Truth from a friend...

Truth from a friend...

I hate promoting myself, but I know that in most cases I can provide amazing service to your clients who need a mortgage... so I have to thank an agent who wrote this for me.

"As an agent I get calls, texts, and emails daily, from lenders wanting me to refer clients to them. Now I have my favorites of course, but I wanted to say a few things about Michelle Stropes with 5th Third.

I think many agents don't pay enough attention to lenders, they just want the deal to close for their clients, but there are thousands of dollars left on the table if your buyers are not careful of the lender they choose. Here are a few things I believe you should know.

  • First, I truly believe Michelle has the best physician loan program available, so if you have a doctor buying you owe it to your client to have them talk to Michelle. In fact lenders tell me all the time that there are only 2 lenders with great physician loan programs, and Michelle works for one of them.
  • Second, she always has low fees and great rates on jumbo loans, so for your higher end clients she would be an amazing resource.
  • Construction loans, yes she does them and has strong programs to offer.
  • In fact, she always has low fees and strong rates compared to most other lenders, partly because the bank she works for does, but largely because she takes the time to find the best program for her buyers, time that can save them a lot in fees, and a lot more each year in lower payments.

But I recommend her for a different reason. She is honest. That's it, she is honest. If she knows someone else has a better option she will tell your client that. She does what she says she is going to do, she hits her closing dates, locks rates in, and truly puts the client first. Add in her 30 plus years experience (over 20 with her current bank) she is consistent, stable, and solid. I never worry about her switching companies mid-loan, leaving my clients behind.

I recommend her to my team, to my coaching clients, to any agent that asks. I know this will make her blush, but if you do not know her you need to have a call or coffee... I promise you will want to work with her

Tim Moore, Keller Williams Greater Columbus."

Tim, thank you and I am blushing. I try every day to live up to the expectations of agents like him, and cannot say thank you enough for the kind words. Message me and I would love to show you what I do.
