So now the truth comes out. I launched a broker transparency campaign in 2014. The big brokers --in conspiracy with FMCSA-- pushed FTC to start a witch hunt later that year because I blew the whistle on how big brokers wanted to raise the bond to defeat not fraud as they purported but competition. The unethical FTC civil prosecution in 2016 against my then-16 year old permit service business was a political hit job by the big broker establishment to stop us from ushering in FREIGHT BROKER RATE TRANSPARENCY!
