"I think it's really important to have a culture in your team where people feel safe to challenge you as a leader, and that almost like it's kind of, you know, you're rewarded for it. Because there's nothing worse than not feeling like you can say what you think."
"People shouldn't feel fearful of trying new things. The best time to try something new and actually change is when things are going well rather than waiting for things to go wrong."

5 个月I completely agree ! When things go well, the mental is already ready for new adventures, it's the best moment to fly and get ready to explore other horizons. We should not wait till things get bad and stress ourselves with change.
