Confidence - TRUE confidence - seems to be something that's harder and harder for people to find ... or even define for that matter.

We all recognize how important confidence is to snowball momentum and positive energy - at some point in our lives we have all been confident in some way and have felt the inner power that being confident brings.

Most think that confidence is found in material things; the fancy cars, the expensive jewelry and nice house - and don't get me wrong, there's definitely a boost from having those things, but it's a flash in the pan confidence - one that disappears as quickly as it comes.

Some think that confidence is a cloak or facade that you put on, where you "Fake it 'til you make it" and while you may be able to get away with it in front of a small group - fake confidence can be read like a book from anyone that knows or has true confidence.

True confidence isn't found in material things - it's not something that can be faked. True confidence comes from within, and the only way to feel truly confident is by KEEPING the promises you make to yourself.

This type of confidence once built - never wavers, never falters, and isn't attached to the material items that could be here today and gone tomorrow.

Promise yourself you're going to stick to a diet? Keep that promise.

Promise yourself that you're going to stay a true & loyal partner? Keep that promise.
