Truth About Arjun Aiyar

Truth About Arjun Aiyar

When you give someone your time and attention, you actually give a portion of your life that you will never get back. Time and attention are your life and these are the precious gifts to be given or shared with others. In life, it is virtually impossible to recapture this.

With great convenience, you forget that the most precious gift someone gives you is their time and attention.

I find it extremely important to thank one individual who has been with my journey of In Learning from the beginning. From a business acquaintance, our relationship now is more of being friends and family.

I thank this man as he had the faith, trust and belief in me when no one was willing to take the risk to use my services in delivering practical powerful workshops. He saw my truthful unconventional style as the perfect way to engage with audiences and achieve results in a shorter time frame.

Like myself, he believes organisations and individuals to stop depending upon unnecessary training which has minimum impact on their performance. It is about making them independent rather than dependent. In other words, as the quote goes "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime".

This individual taught me that collaboration is a key element to success. Rather than focusing your energy on competition learn to divert that energy towards your own core strengths and values.

He further teaches me the importance of having patience, especially during difficult circumstances. Beyond work, he has been supportive to me in listening to my moans and complaints with compassion.

When we give someone our time, we actually give a portion of our life that we will never get back. Our time is our life and this is a precious gift to be given or shared with others. This individual has given and shared that time with me.

Thank you Arjun Aiyar for being a business acquaintance, teacher, friend, family and most importantly for giving your time to me. Thank you.
