Trusting Your Intuition

I’ve been a teacher my entire life. (When I was growing up, my dolls were really good at math. ??)

The teacher in me wants to see you succeed.?

Sometimes people hear me teach about “authentic leadership,” and they’re like, “Yeah, but what does that even mean?”

Authentic leadership is trusting your intuition and moving in self-trust. It means not second-guessing yourself. It means knowing you’re doing what’s in alignment with you, rather than pursuing something because it’s what the external world tells you to do.?

You pursue the opportunities that match who you’re designed to be.?

Pursuing what’s right for you is what leads to freedom, peace of mind, joy, fulfillment and success.

So many professional men and women are conditioned to go for things because they think that’s what they’re supposed to want.?

So let me ask you this: Are you happy and fulfilled in your career?
