?As the Perfect Companion enters its 11th year of successful operations in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. I thought it appropriate to look back and discuss what I believe as a “Corporate” entity has differentiated The Perfect Companion from other non-medical in-home care companies in the marketplace.
The mission statement of The Perfect Companion has always been matching up the individual skill sets and personality of our caregivers with the individual needs and personality of our clients.
To successfully accomplish the goals of the mission statement, the skills need to be reflective of the intrinsic “culture” of our company.
- The “culture” of The Perfect Companion has always been one of Trust, Support, and Transparency.
- Trust Support and Transparency with our caregivers / employees
- Trust Support and Transparency with our clients
- Trust Support and Transparency with our business partners
This Trust, Support and Transparency leads to belief in our culture which leads to the mutuality of the relationship in which both parties of engagement get their needs met creating a “win-win” situation.
Over fifty percent of The Perfect Companion caregivers have been with the company more than five years creating trust and stability with our clients and partners. As a concierge relationship model of non-medical in-home care, we have always emphasized quality of care over volume of care.
The emphasis on building a quality of care relationship with our clients and employees has been tantamount to the ongoing success of The Perfect Companion
As the corporate structure of The Perfect Companion continues to evolve, we will employ caregivers and employees who share our philosophical bent of non-medical in home care. Caregivers and employees who are committed to continuing our culture and building the mutuality of the relationship with our clients and partners.
