Trustee cannot pay attorneys' fees out of trust assets - new California case

I am providing a link to a blog post video discussion of new California case Zahnleuter v. Mueller in which the court held that the trustee could not pay for his attorneys' fees out of trust assets. The payment of trustee attorneys' fees from the trust assets is a developing area of law.
