I will inspect the structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, including your portable appliances, which I will check for proper operation. I will Inspect all the following, when visible and accessible.

Roof, Exterior cladding, porch & deck, Driveway, Attached garage, foundation, Electrical system, Plumbing system, HVAC system, Attic, Insulation & Ventilation, Interior structure, basement/crawlspace, windows for proper operation, doors, AC unit when temperature allows for safe operation.

Following my inspection I will complete my findings in an easy to read written report, which i will go thru with the client step by step so they understand everything in the report. My job is not complete until all in the report is understood. I always encourage the client to follow me on the inspection and ask any and all questions during the Home inspection, rest assured I will answer all questions and if I am unable to I will find the answer. If any questions arise following the inspection I am always willing to take a call and help out to the best of my ability. I also include a infrared camera in my inspections to find problems that may not be apparent to the naked eye when conditions allow me to do so.

I am also a Certified Ozone Shock Technician which is the removal of unwanted odors with in a Home, the process is chemical free and very safe. The most common odors we deal with are cigarette smoke, Food odors and musty smelling basements.
